Kale Omelette Frittata Darabzine

An omelette filled with greens is a great way to incorporate the nutritious meaty leaf into the first meal of the day.

Kale sautéed in butter for a few, introduced to a couple of eggs whisked with milk, salt, and pepper make for breakfast that’s more frittata than omelet. Cheese, turkey, and dried seaweed flakes are optional.
